Regional and California prices are steady. The undertone is mostly higher. The national shell egg inventory is 1.9 percent lower when compared to the previous week. Demand is moderate to good. Offerings are light to at times very light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is moderate to active. Breaking stock supplies are light to moderate; breaking schedules are normal to reduced. The national breaking stock inventory is down 3.3 percent from last week. Spent fowl offerings are light for the light to moderate demand.
